What We Do
Backpack Drive
Each year we host a community backpack and supply drive to be able to give away hundreds of backpacks free of charge to the community. In the past we have had drive through style pick ups as well as delivering filled backpacks directly to the schools to gift them to the children in need.
Covid Meals
We reached out to the community and they were happy to help! We were able to pack over 1500 bags which included breakfast, lunch, dinner, 2 snacks and a treat with donations from our community!
Beach Clean
We regularly schedule beach clean ups and reach out for volunteers to pick up trash and harmful waste off of our beautiful beaches. We want our wildlife to stay protected and our sand to stay beautiful forever!
Toy Drive
For the past 5 years we have been able to raise enough toys, underwear, socks and funds to supply Halifax Health as well as NICU, PICU, pediatrics, Halifax Behavioral Services and outlying pediatricians offices with enough supplies to carry them for the entire year until the next toy drive we host.
How Does It Work/ How to get involved?
We are constantly looking for volunteers and donations! We are happy to give high school students volunteer credit to work towards their graduation requirements and scholarship goals!
